Pecan Pie



Pecan pie is super easy to make if you've got a pie shell already made.


Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup light corn syrup

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup butter melted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1½ cup pecan halves

  • 9" unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs lightly.

  2. Add corn syrup, brown sugar, butter and vanilla. Mix well.

  3. Stir in pecans and pour into pie crust.

  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes on second rack from the bottom.
