These are France's go to cookie when she needs something really fast.
3/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons orange or lemon extract
1 cup flour
Mix butter, sugar, eggs and extract.
Add flour and mix.
Bake in greased madeleine molds (shell shaped) at 350° for 7-9 minutes until edges are golden brown and the middle is puffed up.
Remove and dip in melted chocolate.
